This Sussex garden had a quiet corner of decking that wasn’t really being used for much, now it’s home to a Cedar Elevate (3 Metres) outdoor kitchen, and it’s become the spot everyone ends up gathered around. The natural cedar cladding and black canopy roof sit comfortably against the timber fencing and greenery, while still giving the red brick house behind it a proper outdoor focal point.
The setup inside reflects how this family actually likes to cook: a gas BBQ alongside a Big Green Egg for slower, smokier dishes, with an under-counter fridge close by so drinks never need to leave the garden. Lift the canopy and the whole kitchen opens up in one motion; close it down and it tucks away neatly, kept safe from the weather.
